CowboySmart System Operations (1) creates a ranch owner’s account for him, (2) creates an empty ranch for him, (3) flags the account as “ready for review and approval, and (4) notifies the system support team of the new request.
Upon review and approval by the system support team, the new subscriber is notified via email that his account is active and a login, password and form called the CowboySmart Setup Cheat Sheet are provided/attached. The new subscriber can begin working with the CowboySmart Setup Cheat Sheet immediately.

If the CowboySmart Setup Cheat Sheet is completed electronically, CowboySmart System Operations will “read” the data and proceed to set up the subscriber in the system.
It may take you approximately two to eight hours to complete the CowboySmart Setup Cheat Sheet depending on the size of your operation. Accurately assessing your inventory for meds, ingredients, etc., will take the most time.
